Service Description

A lovely 5 week course that builds confidence week on week. Baby yoga uses yoga-inspired moves for parents to do with their babies. Our baby yoga has a strong emphasis on child development. This includes positive stretches and movements, attachment and bonding, speech development, relaxation and sensory play.
